Set amongst a 30 acre farm, our focus is on providing holidays which combine the amazing outdoors with style, comfort and great service. Accommodation is provided by 5 traditional Mongolian yurts and 5 bell tents, all of which have been styled and equipped in a truly unique fashion. Each yurt provides space for between 2-6 people whilst Bell tents are up to 3.
We cater for couples, families and groups alike. We also offer a number of activities at the farm including surf lessons or hire, mountain bike hire and cookery courses and we regularly have guest watersports instructors, art displays, wine tastings and local musicians popping in to provide entertainment during your stay.
We’ve also got a dedicated games area with for football, badminton or any other ball game as well as out expansive rainy day room for those days when relaxing in front of an open fire is a more attractive proposition!
As you walk down from the balcony you come into our beautiful central fire pit area complete with benches and barbeque that makes for a fantastic space to meet other campers and have a good evening natter round whilst warming your toes. The village shop is also onsite so should you need any last minute essentials for your evening meal then all the basics are just meters away.

We are based in the village of Welcombe on the North Devon/Cornwall border. We have a fantastic pub, The Old Smithy Inn, just down the road. There’s some fantastic walking to be had along the coast path and through the National Trust valleys surrounding the local beach. Just a 10 minute drive away to the south are the beaches of North Cornwall and Bude with miles of sand and excellent surfing. To the north is the rugged and beautiful coastline of the Hartland Peninsula, the picturesque villages of Clovelly and Hartland and a bit further are Bideford and Westward Ho! where you can take a boat trip to the stunning island of Lundy.
