GLAMPING IN SNOWDONIA WITH HOT TUB
The bell tent has a proper double bed with duvet, pillows and warm welsh tapestry blanket provided. There are also two single inflatable beds. (Please bring your own sleeping bags). A wood burning stove with hot plate will keep you warm and cosy during the cooler evenings while outside you have a fire pit for toasting your marshmallows and a cooking tripod for cooking your dinner on an open fire.
Indoor cooking and dining area available with basic facilities including a two ring gas burner with gas provided, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, washing up bowl and water carrier. Washing up liquid and tea towel. Don’t fancy cooking the village of Llanbedr has two pubs that serve meals.
Shower and toilet facilities and covered dishwashing area are only a short walk away shared with other campers.
Exclusive use of our natural wood burning hot tub for pure relaxation.
You can hire a Canadian canoe for a paddle on our small private lake.
A choice of beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches are less than 15 minutes away. The nearest is approximately three miles away at Llandanwg, Shell Island or Harlech beach.
There are plenty of sightseeing opportunities including Harlech Castle, Llechwedd underground slate mines. Portmeirion Italian village the Ffestiniog narrow gauge railway and the Snowdon mountain railway.
We have two adult bicycles for hire, ideal for cycling along the quiet country lanes or bring your own and cycle along the Mawddach trial or at Coed y Brenin mountain bike centre.
From the campsite you have direct access to the Ardudwy Way walking trail. There are numerous walks in the Rhinog mountains where you’ll hardly meet a soul except for a few sheep and feral goats or explore the coastline along the newly opened Wales Coast path. Walking leaflets of short local walks starting from Dinas available.
