Come and enjoy a well deserved rest with us in our newly built Shepherds Hut, comfortably sleeping up to four people, and is Pet Friendly, (maximum of two)
Our Shepherds Hut is sited surrounded by stunning views of open countryside, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors.
Inside our spacious Shepherds Hut is a full size double bed with luxurious memory foam mattress, fold out beds for children, table and chairs,
Also a cosy wood burning stove, keeping you warm even on the coldest of nights.
At the front of our Shepherds Hut is a gated decking area complete with patio furniture, making it idea for your four legged friends too,
Here you can sit and relax listening to birdsong, watching the wild life and our sheep and cattle grazing in nearby fields,
There is an area outside the decking for you to have your own barbaque,
A short distance away are the toilet and shower block, along with a wash up area, Inside the washroom are electric points for your hair dryer / razor ect.
There is an area close to the Shepherds Hut which you may reserve for your own family and friends to join you, with there tent or touring caravan, they to can and enjoy the magic of Shepherds Hut – Glamping with you.
When packing for your Shepherds Hut holiday, pack everything you would to come camping but leave the tent behind.
We are open from 1st March to 15th November, We take bookings for a minium of two nights.

The Area
Our Shepherds hut are suituated on our small family run farm in the quiet village of Bouth, just south of Grizedale Forest in the heart of the Lake District. The village of Bouth is situated in the Lake District, the largest of England’s National Parks, Nestled between Lake Windermere and Coniston Water and surrounded by fields, fells and woodland, Bouth offers peace and tranquillity
Within easy walking distance of our Shepherds Hut is the White Hart Inn, the centre of village life serving excellent Bar and Restaurant meals and some of the finest Real Ales in the Country, why not enjoy a summers evening drink on the village green, and play area in the front of the White Hart Inn.
The market town of Ulverston is only 5 miles away – featuring bars, restaurants, take aways, cinema and supermarkets. larger towns such as Barrow-in- Furness, Kendal and Lancater are also within easy reach.
Lake Windermere, Coniston Water and the heart of the Lake District is within easy reach, you’ll find it difficult to imagine a more ideal location for a relaxing holiday,

Shepherds Hut ready of you from 4.30pm on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise stated,
You must vacate the Shepherds Hut by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
Anyone causing a distrubance will be asked to leave.
