A beautiful site with stunning 360 degree views from the door of your Yurt providing a quite retreat for families, friends and couples alike.

Our Yurts located right on the waters edge offer stunning views from the door across the lake to Ambleside and the fells beyond. For the adventurous spirit a swift pre-breakfast dip in Windermere is a great way to start the day. Situated right in the heart of the Lake District National Park the site offers the perfect base for an array of activities and excursions.

Whether it’s canoeing on the lake, mountain biking at Grizedale, gentle lakeside walks or just sitting back at the site relaxing there is something for everyone here. Surrounded by splendid idyllic towns and villages offering an array of outdoor shops, tearooms and local produce. Whether you’re interested in walking the mountains, exploring the countryside or relaxing in a nice warm pub by a log fire, the lake district has something to offer everyone and provides the perfect back drop for escaping from it all.

Beds: Each Yurt has a double futon, two singles and a blow up mattress for a fifth person. All beds are made up with freshly laundered sheets and feather duvets and pillows.
